Frequently Asked Questions

Are classes beginner-friendly?

Yes, we welcome all levels. Our classes are designed to be accessible and intentional, focusing on movement quality over intensity to ensure a safe and effective experience for everyone.

Are grip socks recommended?

Yes, we highly recommend wearing grip socks. They provide essential traction on the reformer and mat, preventing slippage and allowing for a more focused, controlled workout.

When should I arrive?

We recommend arriving 10 minutes before your class starts. This time allows you to settle in, stretch, and prepare your body for the intentional movement we focus on.

Is there a booking platform?

Our booking platform is currently being finalized. For now, we invite you to join our waitlist to be the first to know when our classes open for booking.
